@amulet: there is small chance that you get it (my friend did that quest 5 times and after that hi get that amulet:P)

@adena: income from quest is random so it could be 1a or 100kk a xD but most times its like 100k (i did it few times for money and yes its shit money)

 

conclusion:

beter make that quest to get heart of paagrio and than sell it to someone without of luck who desperatly need it xD for big money ofcorse

someday i hear that there are a special qest very long that if you make it, you can take all books or amulets of 1 class, i really dont know if is true, but if is true, will be very nice to take this difficult amulets and others
