Use RB skills animations for hero buffs

I want to make costum hero buffs  with baium & other rbs  skills animations  [ interlude java or off  ]

 

i tryed but when i cast the hero buff i see no animations at all ,BTW  [i saw the costum skills animation in an interlude Russian pvp server]  so its possible to make it but i don't know how .....

 

i changed the file Client [ skillgrp.dat /  skillname-e.dat ]  and the file ServerSide [ the 2 files inculing the rb skills i want ] but  i still see no animation when i cast the skills  >:(

 

Help me if u know , thx for attention  ;)
