good start by looking TrackerScheme.res which is found in C: / archivos de programa / Valve / platform / Resource

open it with WordPad or Notepad and look for depends on what you use lines:

"ControlDarkBG"

 

"WindowBG"

"ControlBG" "10 0 0 125" / / background color of controls
