TVT engine?

I would like to add a fully working fun engine to my server.

It includes

TVT engine

VIP

HIDE AND SEAK

and a CTF

I already have downloaded the files but i don't Know how to install them. Ive talked to a few other people about it and they say i need eclipse to apply the patch. But how do i actually instal them?

I Think i got it but my patch when i apply it where should i apply it?in gameserver or where?
