Stive Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 Hello. I recently found a cigarette sword and a zippo shield. The topic is here: http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=34194.0 I tried to adapt it for IL, but the result wasn't what i expected: http://img704.imageshack.us/img704/2531/shot00005o.jpg Anyone can tell me what to do, or adapt it for me so that I will have it as a model for my future adaptions? Thanks from the beginning, Stive Quote

LauQ Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 Adapting an item got nothing to do with what pack you use: Just so to say; the Lineage 2 Client doesn't give sh1t with who he is connected. By adaptation it is about the Chronicles, because the .dat files in the system folder of the client use different structures in the different chronicles. These are often very small changes, easily done by copying a line from a .dat from the chronicle you want to adapt to and comparing it with the line you have (inside notepad++ or Excel (OpenOffice Calc)). Good luck, and ask if you need more help Someone said that I need to modify my utx file. Is that true? Not true: if it worked before; it should work with any chronicle/pack (doesnt matter anyway) Quote
Stive Posted December 7, 2009 Author Posted December 7, 2009 Yeah i knew that id didn't matter what pack i'm using, but someone asked me about it. Some others say that some textures, like the AION weapons, dont work on interlude. Is that true? Quote
Devangell™ Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 you must edit your ukx and change the wep in right place!! Quote
LauQ Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 I checked it for you, it's a really strange pack as the .utx that was shared for it is called 'Копия ResperToBase.utx' while the weapongrp refers just to 'ResperToBase.utx'. You probably just didn't rename the .utx file to ResperToBase.utx. Anyway; you probably still got your working lines, but here if you don't : 0 19000 3 1 15 10 0 LineageWeapons.club_m00_wp LineageWeaponsTex.club_t00_wp icon.weapon_club_i00 -1 1870 13 0 0 7 1 1 sigarabyrespect.sigarabyrespect 1 ResperToBase.sigara 4 ItemSound.mace_1 ItemSound.mace_2 ItemSound.axe_6 ItemSound.hammer_3 ItemSound.itemdrop_weapon_club_mace ItemSound.itemequip_weapon_blunt 20 8 6 2 0 4 4 0 0 0 379 0 1 1 1000 0 -1 0 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 1.000000 1.000000 LineageWeapons.rangesample 0.800000 0.500000 0.500000 11.000000 0.000000 0.000000 -1 -1 -1 -1 0 19001 3 2 5 8 0 LineageWeapons.leather_shield_m00_sh LineageWeaponsTex.leather_shield_t00_sh LineageWeaponsTex.bone_shield_t01_sh icon.shield_bone_shield_i00 600 460 14 0 0 8 0 1 zazugalkabyrespect.zazugalkabyrespect 2 ResperToBase.sigara ResperToBase.sigara 4 ItemSound.shield_steel_1 ItemSound.public_armor_01 MonSound.Hit_Metal_Clang_1 MonSound.Hit_Metal_clang_8 ItemSound.itemdrop_shield_metal ItemSound.itemequip_shield_metal 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 -8 90 20 0 0 0 0 1000 0 -1 0 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 1.000000 1.000000 1.000000 1.000000 1.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 -1 -1 -1 -1 The only problem now it, like Devangell said, that the model coordinates are flipped in CT2.3, so Y and Z are swapped or somthing like that, which results in this for Interlude: You can use my 3d guide to try to fix it, ask someone to fix it for you, or leave it like this :P I hope this helped. - LauQ Quote
