I made a new Signature.. it isnt very good(i rate it for 6/10)

but this time i tried effects with light i will try to improve

well the fractal render with the lighting effect i think that it dont stuck.

why one to right donw and the other left up?

the left background is good but you havent improved your skills to lighting yet.

Low down the outer glow of the text...both of them..

Blue, white, black, gray, the color of his body...Too many colors...Not good...

The text And render doesnt match with the background...Anyway you improved than your previews signs but you need to work some more...

basically i was trying to make the light with small rays but failed... i let the second text Naruto because my brother said that its better with the this...

 

Basically in the begining i tried to put light with rays in his eyes like Terminator but failed again... i cant find the right guides i will try harder promise :D :D

 

As you know I keep my promises...

By combining for example brushes with blending options...

A white 300px Soft Brush does the job. t least that's how i do it. Clicking on the corner i want not NOT inside the signature..

anyway i find it alone before 2 days and i made 3 signatures i will post it later... i am making disck regroup to my other computer

Play with the burn n dodge tool and with some black n white brushes.

I think it's obvious. You just paint the area you want play a little with the blending modes if needed and lower the opacity a bit. This could create awesome lighting effects. But for a beginner I would suggest to stay just at the 300px White soft brush.
