Need Help Photoshop

Well,

 

I create a signature on Gimp

Signature a

and Signature b(with motion blur)

I save them as PSD and open photoshop to make it gif i find animation but i cant

make them move.. can someone help me?

 

The problem is that Photoshop open my signatures in 2 different windows i try to merge down but nothing..

Just try to become more familiar with photoshop!Read my AIO.It will help you!
