[Help]Animate?

How do I animate something in PS and do this:

 

Go round round all the time.For example, I have a circle and the top is point A.Make it go round so goes in the point A go to the bottom and keep going round until it makes a 360 (I forgot how it's called, GR: moires) and keep going round round.

 

If you understood, thanks..I have seen that effect in HiThere's signatures I think.

make a .gif file.. there is a guide in forum if you search for it..

adobe after effects does this job..and u open the file from photoshop and u save it as whatever u want..

I create the .gif in AE, but the quality and the colors of the result SUCKS.. :-\

well yeah really... i didnt see that your wrote PS lol, but anyway get used to the quality if youll work in gif..

My 2 sigs are .GIF too, but take a look at their quality...

But the quality from AE?SUCKS.

it seems so... only knows 256 colors so if you can make it in only using those, or you should see how its done in flash.
