[Help]Skills dont enchant

Ok, so as the title says, I click on Enchant Skills, the window doesnt pop up, it just doesnt. I can learn skills but i can't enchant them. In the configs i have BooksNeededForEnchantSkills=True, so u need the giants codex to enchant but the window doesnt pop up anyways. Any ideas?

delete your WindowsInfo.ini in system directory

P.S. This post I address to other members, who have this problem nowadays too.
