Problem with crafting

Here is the problem, I have put to craft Basalt Battlehammer for 50kk, and one character has crafted it, but in the system window is written: Item(s) failed to create. I have not received the money, and I don't know the name of the crafted product and the name of the character who crafted the item. Only: Item(s) failed to create

Is it normal not to see the persons name who is crafting and the name of the item??
