If he is talking about L2Off files then ExternalIP= system does not appy since that is for java systems. If you are referring to L2Off files you have to set the external IP in your "l2server.txt" config files and in the MSSQL database "lin2db" in the "dbo.server" area.

 

If you are asking about java stuff then it depends on which pack you are using.
