when you gave mysql bin location does that folder has empty spaces between name? like my sql 5.something server/mysql/bin if thats so uninstal mysql, instal again from the begining and change folder destination and there change name. like mysqlserver and then on that location u write c:\program files\mysqlserver\mysql\bin and it should work. if it still didnt work, try to use correct database and mysql versions. good luck
