[Help] L2Net connection..

I got Gracia pt2 Client but minie server is hellbound.. i have downloaded "special" sys folder... I do step by step form here http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=23187.0

 

and when i click File---> Launch Lineage2 nothing happens.. i change my ip in l2.ini and gives real ip at L2net.. Still nothing.. shuld i get hellbund client or what? i'm trying like 2-3 day to turn that -beeep- on ;d can some1 help me?
