Ok so, I searched quite a bit and didn't come up with anything.
I wanted to know if anyone has ever seen the java code for when you enter a certain zone assigned by X,Y,Z choordenates, an HTML chat box automatically pops up and the texts says something to you.
I saw this on L2Light and nowhere else.
