using CH buffer with l2w

how am i supposed to script the menu selections of the CH buffer with l2w? If i use rec it wont record the main menu button presses (Teleport / Support Magic etc.) but only the dialog selections. (In short form, graphic buttons dont get recorded, only text lines).
