[Help] L2J Archid

Lain

Question

Uhm, okay. I'm a total noob in making own servers, so do not blame me for that, please.

I followed this guide to make my own custom server: http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=44410.0

It seemed like everything is done, so I launched startLoginserver.bat, waited for it to load. Left it open, then launched startGameserver.bat, waited for it to load.

Now what do I do?

I installed new clean Interlude client and launched L2.exe. Tried my acc/pass I wrote in MySQL server, nothing happened. Didn't even respond like "Your password is wrong" or anything, there just stayed "NCSoft 2002 - 2007 bla bla", with no response.

Did I do anything wrong? Thanks for futher help!

use 127.0.0.1 if you want it just for tests , then get a patched system , edit l2.ini with your IP adress or edit your host file (127.0.0.1)

I've already edited my hosts and they look like this:

"my IP" l2testauthd.lineage2.com

"my IP" L2authd.lineage2.com

69.16.243.105 l2auth.lineage2.ph

216.107.250.194 nprotect.lineage2.com

127.0.0.1 localhost

+ walker lines, they don't matter, do they?

It really works! I could bypass 2 windows, but now there comes another problem :( I'm about to choose the server, but it has ping 9999! And I can't actually join in. Any ideas?

And I'm using L2J Archid as the tittle of the thread says.

(If you can't see the text of the image, use right "+" to make it bigger, sorry for little images)
