[Help] Can't Log In

Hey guys , i have a Gracia Part 1 Pack . I can play normally in 127.0.0.1 but .... when i tried to open it global i got this :

I changed my ip's like this  :  ExternalHostname=(servername).no-ip.biz  InternalHostname=127.0.0.1 

Also i tried this InternalHostname=192.168.1.1  but still the same as the photo.It stucks at log in ....

Btw i have opened my ports,used no-ip,edited a system gracia part 1 with my no-ip adress and changed the above ip's but i can't log in ! What more/less should i edit mates? Tell pls . Ty
