Request AI Tools (de)compiler

Anyone have L2OFF C4 AI compiler/decompiler that actually works ?

I'm using C4 NASC by Sauron (Build Date 09/04/2008 2:13 PM) but it seems unable to compile all classes.
All shares with C4 tools seems broken in one way or another.

Willing to trade for working standalone commandline binaries or howto's on how to merge .nasc/.ai

I've been searching the forums but again, most resources are either broken, missing or incomplete.
