[help]Open Ports

I need some help by opening ports....

I have a router...Linksys-WRT54GL

i need to open port 80(for web)

I had opened ports(they work) but i install Vista x64 and i forget all(how to open xD)

 

So 1st i go to run->cmd->ipconfig/all

 

 

 

Then i go to 192.168.1.1....Then i wanna open my ports (80)

 

I have diskW..i copy the web in www......press start.bat

Then I have a no-ip(devilslegion.no-ip.org)

then i try to go to the site but it dont find it....

If i try to go to 127.0.0.1 it works...
