A little help about L2j free?

Hi guys I asked it on l2j-free but the site looks deadly as no one replied to me.It's a noobish question.

 

How can I put a timeline patch to my server.I mean the timelines have a number example 4099,then it says patch and has a java code.Where I put this?

you can only add new updates compiling ,gamesevrer,loginserver and datapack,you can't update the existing pack....
