Discussion Dedicated Server

Hello folks, 
 
I'm looking for a dedicated server for a l2 server.Cancellation period should be max 30days! I know Ovh got good servers but it's kind of expensive for me right now (100€ per month). Is there any other Hosting service available? 
 
I found one interesting offer from Hetzner. But there is a Traffic limitation of 30TB.... Or is it enough?

Hetzner doesn't provide DDoS protection AFAIK
