Request Ssi.php And Floating Chat

Hello there i have recently trying to figure out how is this recent topics code works

 

 

i have create my own code for it but i can't figure out how to add images or backgrounds for each section, i can only add the topics without any customization. After some re-search i have read "Psyancy D's" topic about this request and you talked about SSI.php script, but i could not find any guide about how it is working. Can someone provide me some more information about it?

 

Also if anyone knows how can i also find this floating chat:

Now about the customization of the how it will look you can do this via you style.css you can add background images or anything else you want there cause you can't do it in any other way via SSI.php features
