How to use cubics on Phantom Summoner in L2Walker?

i have Phantom Summoner on retail and i cant summon cubics in OOG 10.9.1 anyone know why?

i did and nothing :/ my friend have PS too and the same problem

any suggestions?

It seems that only PS have this problem whit cubics. My other friend have SK and cubics works too.
