Some Help With Npcs Logo

Hello everyone...i used these programms for create my own logo on npc: 1)Adobe Photoshop...2)Encypter and UnrealED...3)Encdec Program.....i manage do it but i need your help for something....To explain you i have a logo with a Human and front of him,a text  with server name.That  i want is to keep the text and delete the backround but with have black screen behind or something liek this but be like that only text exist make something like shadow and you can see behind the window of gm shop to the ground....Hope that someone can help me im trying find a solution for a while and nothing....thnx

alpha out the background in photoshop (color in the places you want invis black in the alpha channel)
