Just follow the steps one by one..

 

You must to check and this Guide How to do compile with eclipse. 

 

Also, here is a tutorial for "how to setup a L2JServer part 1 & part 2".

 

For any help or something about on L2J Developing, you must to go in section "Server Development Discussion [L2J]".
