I'm interested in this option :

- Blocking of packages;

Can any1 explain me where/how to find this option in l2phx?

 

And would some1 be so kind to tell me more about the options in the red box >>

I noticed there is a "send" "load" and "save" button .. but what about that choice

maybe this is other language and ur system don't support this language..so you need to find an englsih version!

Yes this program is russian, and my windows does not support these letters ...

I posted this in russian section so maybe they are going to help me out.
