Need A Clean System

Hey guys,

I request help for a cleaned IL system. I say cleaned not just by server addr but by all files to be like official.

I say a clean one because fileedit gives me an error when i try to encrypt a file. Not always and not to all files. It says that it cant open file and it cant find the location of it. Cant understand why. I have tried many fileedit versions but every version gives me the same error. So i think the fault is caused by the system files. They are patched and i am asking for a clean one. If u think that the problem is something else feel free to post.
