WTB Serching For Skilled Developer

Hello all im new here.. i want to start a new l2 java project and i serch for skilled developer with proof of knowledge in big l2 servers also i can pay  for they work or if is trasted i can make it my server dev the project is big and i want answers only for skilled persons!!!! we can speak about prize and work with pm (server based on fandc pack) thanks
