Hey Guys i want a little help with a blogger template.

I'm currenlty edit a template for one bussiness and i want to make a transform that i dont know how.

 

http://riganh-zillas2.blogspot.gr/

is the main blog.

 

The thing that i want is to make the slider appears to all pages.

Slider doesnt appear here.

 

Can anyone help me?
