Ip's Problem

guys i have that problem and i wish to solve it my english are kinda bad soo i give you some photos here ... i have to make private server from about 3 years and i have forgot how to set up the ip's so it can run online ... here the photos my project is l2jcompiled

my ports are open but server is not online i give the system to my friend so we can test them but they cannot even log in ...

Did you give him the correct l2.ini wth your No-ip (warriorsoul.no-ip.info) ?

Did you make any rules with required ports (2106,7777,9014) to your firewall? Also, try to turn off any kind of anti-virus programms.

all of theese are done the ports at firewall and the antivirus is offline
