[Request]HD Border tutorial

Hey i'm new in that staff but i start practicing but i hit a stone i can't find good tutorial for creating border :/

can someone help me point me allow me to watch him due tw ... i just can't figure out how to create border.

Do i have to use other program cuz i'm using only photoshop cs6?

if yes witch one?

that scroll is very awesome ... how can i crate it like that?

 

PS: i know that is for pr0s like the creator xDrac i just want the basics :} how to shape it like a croll for example.
