Πρώτα το ακούς και μετά το επαληθευεις. Εσύ απλώς το άκουσες και είσαι λάθος.

Δοκιμασμένη και έμπιστη. Είναι πολύ μεγάλη εταιρία στην Γερμανία και μπορείς να την εμπιστευτείς σίγουρα. Αρκετό κάλο connection και απίστευτη ποιότητα hardware.

I saw a lot of posts in here in which was written bad about webtropia.com. This is why I decided to write my review and share my thoughts on that hoster.

 

First of all I want to say that I have a VPS there on my own and I manage two Dedicated Machines for a friend, so I can share my thoughts on VPS as well as Dedicated servers from them.

 

VPS:

 

Support: They are always in their SLA and most of the time I got my answer within one hour or less. Also at uncommon times I recieve answers. There was a time in Octobre where they replied only 11h after my support ticket was opened but they said sorry and since it wasn't something important (just a question) I am more than fine with it.

 

VPS itself: The Speed is awesome, I nearly got all the time my 100Mbits and my VPS is fast, unlike at overselling hosts. I am more than fine with the VPS for that price!

 

Downtimes: Within that year I am with them they made around 3 or 4 maintenance downtimes. They informed me before and the downtimes were mostly at night so I dont really care if it's need to update something or switch a HDD or something like that. So my VPS wasn't online 100% but it only was down for scheduled maintenance.

 

Network: Really good in my opinion. I heared a lot of complaints from people here but I need to say that I never had problems with it.

 

Overall points I would give: 9/10

 

 

Dedicated Server:

 

Support: Same as with my VPS. They had some troubles with setting the server up, actually not the server itself, but for one server we ordered Virtuozzo and they sold us a 5-VPS-License which doesn't exist anymore. At first they setup a 3-VPS-License than (but we paid for 5), after we talked to the support we got a 10-VPS-License for the price of the 5. We had no use for the server at the first day anyways so for us it was more than okay.

 

Dedi itself: If I need to describe it in one word: AWESOME! We have 2x that machine and for that money we are more than happy that we came up with webtropia.

 

Downtimes: No downtimes at all for any of those two machines.

 

Network: Really good. For that price we got 15TB on a 1000Mbit port and they guarantee 500mbit minimum. We mostly get 800-900mbit. Also very good!

 

Overall points I would give: 10/10

 

 

 

I was with some hosts already and Webtropia is the best so far, very reliable.
