Editing/Gm problem

Hello i use an l2j free pack -kamael- it's a bit old. I went to configs and i wrote

 

ServerGMonly= false

 

But every new char i make it's a gm and when i set his access ingame 0 nothing happens.

 

 

 

I have an other problem when i am trying to edit itmename i do my changes and i try to save it it says: File not found or access denied.

For ur first problem im not sure but u should see if there is an option (at the GMaccess.propetries) that says

EverybodyHasAdminRights =True

 

If there is Change it to this EverybodyHasAdminRights = False
