Problem with Quality

Hello members of MxC.I would like to express a problem i have months now.Since i updated my PS to the latest version i have this problem.I design in HQ but when i save my design and i upload it to my personal album in photobucket the designs seems to be LQ w/o being.

 

I am saving my designs in JPEC and the web templates Save for web and devices ---> JPEC quality 100%.

 

Any suggestion about how can i solve my problem?

IT seems that photobuchet is -beep-ed up.

 

I uploaded the same design to tinypic and the difference is wtf

Save it on .png format.

Try saving as PNG-24.

If it screws up again on photobucket, then it's the uploading process there that is causing the loss of quality.
