Pacman is trying to make such server on freya chronicle with a lot of nice customisation in gameplay but its underdevelopment for so long time now and im not sure if it gonna be on though :/

u had to advertise it harder before u launched it. there were like 100 ppl at the beginning at even lower now. Also if u make it x30 (like many people said or x25/x20) more people will join. The features are nice but L2 is not like before.

you should buy votes on top sites to revive the server i think. its awesome but there is such low population.
