i dont know(LOL!) just trying to start photoshop design to make some signatures textures etc..but im still newbie(off-topic) but i need it and a good tutorial.but first photoshop.Just send me one it will be trusted

CS3 So far i had the best experience with. CS4 Is good too, but CS3 is more newbie-friendly, i suggest using CS3.

I think best is CS4, it's simple to use and much more features that CS3.CS5 is not much better than CS4 (I think so).

CS4 has a lot more unfriendly GUI which makes it hard to use CS3 is best to start with, and you don't need any features that CS4 has if you simply don't know anything about Photoshop. Basically you can do everything that CS5 can do but with CS3.
