i am tring to log in l2 gracia final but cant

the problem i have is that i open the exe (or updater) and when i click log in i get stuck like not having internet connection.. just goes at the msg "plz w8..."

 

i can connect at official but why not private?

 

already checked my host files but nothing..

if some1 know plz give some advice :D
