i made my skill i can learn it

 

but how can i make a pic for it

 

so when i learn it i can see it on my skills

It's for a logo but if you know how to create a logo ,you can create an icon too.

If you create skills, npcs, items, and so forth on the server than the client must also reflect the ID of whatever you've added to the server. It's pretty safe to assume as well that anything related to the graphics you see on your computer such as the models is handled client side.

 

Make sure you also add an entry to skillname-e.dat or skillgrp.dat (I'm not sure which one but the client needs to know which icon to associate with the skill you just created).

ok what if i want to use another skill pic i can do this right?

Yup. just look at the other rows in one of those .dat files, you can see what images they use there.

i know how to edit now but when i edit and .dat file i cant save it then why?!!

 

when i save it the program just do nothing !!

Which program are you using? Look for L2FileEdit.

That's weird, look around the board and make sure you have the latest version. What client is it that you're trying to modify?

it depends on the version of the program and the client that you'r using if you need one that works on freya/highfive/godness i can share with you just send me a pm :)
