[HELP]Need help about PVP restriction!(augment,attribute,etc)

I'm tried everything to make PVP weapons/armors to agumentable and attributable. I edited the weapons in the XML to make them trade/sell/drop/destroyable. But the I still got the message: "This is not suitable item." Is there any restriction for them or what? Where i can remove the restriction? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
