The custom items can get is for materials, the server is not full spoil , you can make  drop some materials from Farm zone.

you can buy materials from  trader with  medal, that can  drop from different location.

and the  TvT event give you  medals.

is not dificult the spoil why  someone materials can drop or buy it from trader.
