How to hide/change my ip of my server's pc machine?

Hello guys!I 'm writing to learn if there is any program or any way to hide or maybe change the IP of my server.The reasons of that is because first of all most hacks(like DDoS,etc) would be prevented and even better none would learn my IP to hack or bot!

I think you can't.

 

When a player is connected to your server, he must exchange packets with the server. So the player know the ip.

And with a tools like PHX, it's very easy to know what is the ip adress.

yes you can hide your IP, but then the packet will be sent by regular mail to datacenter :) unless you pay extra for UPS :)

 

you also need to know that there will be packet loss by regular mail, they use UDP... UPS is better cos it uses TCP connection and u can traceroute the packets from their website :D

IP is a critical component in communicating through internet. Client needs to know IP in order to connect to your server.

 

You can buy network appliance which reduce chance of DDOS. Or use proxy (or cache server or edge server) as intermediate points to hide the end IP address of your server. -- One can always Ddos your server as long as they have resources and if it worth enough for them to do so... Even whitehouse.gov was down because of ddos....

And something else: The proxy can change or hide my server's site or just my website's?

That is what i mean..to change my ip with another one and when players use a command ( e.g. netstat ) they will get a fake ip instead of mine. I would like also to know if there is any program that i could also buy for this purpose

You can't, they connect to your server, so they can get the real ip.
