[HELP]Creating new 'custom' skill

Hello im making my skill in data/stats/skills correctly,then im adding it in client side (skillgrp etc) but i dont remember where i should add it in sql to work properly.Could someone help me please?Thanks in advance :)

on skill_learn put the class and level do u want to learn that skill
