There are several ways to ...

Method 1: Open Navicat, pressed F6 (open bracket), I paste it on texting and pressed enter.

Option 2: creating a new txt document and paste the writings are stored as name_sql_script_pvz.sql .. then go to Navicat press right click and choose "Execute SQL File" and choose your name_sql_script_pvz.sql and pressure.
