I cant make my server ONLINE! HELP!

Hi, I am trying to make a interlude server online and i cant i dont know the reason. I had opened a lot of other server before in xp/vista.

My PC have Win 7, 64bit, 4gb ram, intel core i3, 2,13GHz...

Prepare My PC for online:

Open ports

Close firewall(I dont have antivirus)

Open no-ip and change the configs of the pack

I also closed windows defender(i dont know if it's nessecery)

Changed the l2.ini and saved to 413

 

After all those i tryed to join server with extrenal from my pc and it didnt join...

If someone can help me reply here. OR ask for msn to talk or also help me via team viewer.

you mean extrenal ip? if yes you should use local ip extrenals goes to outside ppl
