In a recently released British Ministry of Defence documents about UFOs, there is a news story from 1998. It says that NASA managed to decipher a touching message they received from a neighboring galaxy.

 

Signal was detected in January 1998. but it took experts several months to work out mathematically complex signals. What they eventually found very interesting.

 

NASA experts have been arguing that extraterrestrial civilizations sent a distress call, and given the distance from which the signal arrives, it is estimated that the message was recorded before about 80,000 years ago.

 

Joint effort of the international team of scientists proved effective when the signal is finally decoded in late 1998. Al. Viktor Kulakov this occasion said itself fact that people are able to accept and decode a message indicates that the development of extraterrestrial civilizations was on our level - about 80,000 years.

 

Kulakov refused to give the media the transcript of the message, but said that it begins with: Help us, and continues providing accurate coordinates of the planet. The message had reportedly given read and that civilization was on the verge of extinction, and that it was not for any fault or natural cosmic cataclysm.

 

Ahead of us are still in the research, but we can surely say that civilization itself caused his downfall, perhaps by some form of nuclear war, says Kulakov.

 

It also states that the signal to anticipate their coming to terms with the situation and acceptance of responsibility and inability to evacuate the remaining residents of the planet.

 

According to this theory, scientists, civilization from the Andromeda had the available technology among planetary travel, but you were trapped on the planet because its close there was not populate planet.

 

Although the newspaper article reporting on this event was in UFO documents, it should be noted that it was published in the tabloid Weekly World News, which is known for occasionally stretching the facts.

But, since this is just the story found in official documents, maybe there is something in it?
