Help me guys!!

Good morning everyone,today the morning i opened my pc and after some minutes i sound some voices from it and Boom closed.Now i tried to re-open it and can't.It saw me a black screen and say NTLDR is missing and Press CTRL ALT DEL to restart,i pressed it for restart and again the same black screen.What can i do to fix it now?I'll really appreciate your help guys!
