L2Net "Hidden"

I was searching and was not succeed. I want to run l2net on my work but the problem is that l2net has a splash screen, a giant pikachu :o. Is there any way to run it without the splash appears, like its a windows process or something?

no beacuse a splash it's a launch of program, you can leave a voice and yuo can minimize to tray from file-> setup. :)

I know but it should be an option (on/off) can it be done?

I'm sorry, I didn't understood. isn't the option available or i can change a file to hide the splash?
