If you cant get "Packets", phx would't connect, you need clean system and change l2.ini settings. I found bypass for that! Put phx.exe into your phx folder and start from phx.exe http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZS1N34FM

I tried it, and what? On first time +13, on second +16 - 75% ench rates. Delete or sell all crystals, cuz I guess that better, less items.
