I believe you are wrong.. both rings increase *Critical Damage* without any restrictions critical hits are not only the plain physical attacks ,they are every hit followed by the -Critical Hit- indicator from the good old common Blows to the modern triple sonic splashes and double shots
-the most simple example are the damages from a blow type attack (Mortal,deadly,lethal blow etc)-
so yes Sold13r AQ+Baium WILL increase your skills critical dmg power but ONLY the criticals.The bonus is about +20% critical dmg for each ring individually
