There is always a trade off between what you want to donate and what you can do yourself. eg. if you do class change quest you will get exp, sp, adena, codex of giants etc. If you buy you will get nothing. Also, if you noticed prices aren't that low so that this goods will only be available to those who actually do not have enough time to do a class change quest.

No donate means nothing that alters game process or has any effect on it (like selling equipment, agathions with skills, attributes, consumable items etc. etc.). International community isn't that developed yet, but we are working on it. Currently most of the players are russian speaking (there is a link on russian community on the website if you want to see people that we are talking about).
